Rental Rates - 2004

Rental hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
 
Monday - Thursday and Friday until 5 p.m. $90/hour, 2 hour minimum
Fridays (After 5 p.m.) and Sundays $150/hour, 3 hour minimum
Saturdays and Holidays $200/hour, 4 hour minimum

Special pricing for Weddings

  • Reception Only: Rented at the above hourly rates.
  • Wedding Package Pricing (Wedding Ceremony and Reception) Includes:
    • 1 hour - Rehearsal (Scheduled time based on availability)
    • 2 hours - Wedding
    • 3 hours - Reception
    • (Additional hours billed at the above hourly rate)
    Fee: $1,495.00 Saturdays, $995.00 days other than Saturday
  • Add 3 hour barn rental for Rehearsal Dinner to above Wedding Package - Total fee: $1,895.00

Paid rental hours include approximately 1 ½ hours set-up time before the event and 1 hour of tear down after the event. Special arrangements can be made for additional set up time/deliveries to accommodate Weddings/special needs of other events.

Facility rental includes:

  • Red Barn
  • Silver Barn
  • Outdoor areas
  • Parking
  • Serving pieces/Props (includes Authentic Chuckwagon, Large Rustic Buffet Table, Antique washtubs, and other decorative/functional themed items)
  • Tables and Chairs (check for current availability - At start of 2004 season - can accommodate 100-125 guests at table seating). Casual seating includes benches and novelty stools. Additional tables/chairs can be rented at an additional cost.

The above pricing applies to groups of up to 250 guests. Custom pricing applies to larger groups.

A deposit of 50% of the projected rental fee is due with a signed contract to reserve event date.
